Your AI assistant answers with WhatsApp voice notes, even in your own voice
When a customer writes, the AI can reply with a natural voice note in their language. It uses a professional voice, or yours, made from a recording you gave with your permission. Switch it on for the campaigns where it fits.
In plain words:Some customers ignore a paragraph of text but answer a voice note within minutes. This gives the AI a voice, yours if you want, for the conversations where that is how business is done.
A voice note late at night, in a voice the customer recognises
The same answer the AI would have typed, spoken at a human pace in the customer's language, with the written reply still there for anyone who would rather read.
Switch it on where it fits, and leave it off everywhere else
Voice is a choice per campaign, not a setting that changes how the whole product speaks.
- 01Choose the voice.A professional voice, or a teammate's own voice made from a recording that person gave with their permission, which is stored with the voice.
- 02Switch it on per campaign. The campaigns where a voice note fits get one; everywhere else the AI keeps writing. A luxury viewing and a support queue should not sound the same.
- 03It answers like the text does.Same prices, same language detection, same handover the moment a person replies. Voice changes the format, not the rules.
Your voice stays yours, on every voice note
These hold on every voice note, whatever anyone configures.

What changes in the conversation
A reply people answer back to
A voice note lands differently from a paragraph: it is quicker to take in, it carries tone, and in many of the markets BM CRM serves it is simply how business is done. Customers who ignore text often reply to a voice note within minutes, which is the whole point.
Your best salesperson, available at midnight
With their recorded permission, the voice your best customers already know can answer at 2am from your own price list. The salesperson steps into the conversation when it is worth their time, and the relationship does not pause between office hours.
A choice you make per campaign
Voice fits some conversations and not others, so it is switched on where it belongs and stays off elsewhere. Switching it on changes nothing about how your other campaigns sound, and switching it off takes effect in seconds.
Questions people ask before they buy
What do I need to set this up?
A connected WhatsApp number or Telegram bot, and, for your own voice, a short recording made with your permission inside BM CRM.
Who sets it up?
You can: pick the voice, record your permission if it is yours, and switch it on for a campaign. Our team does it for you on the Lead Generation + CRM plan.
Which plan includes it?
Voice replies are in every plan, with a monthly allowance. Using your own voice is included in Plus and Lead Generation + CRM, and available as an add-on on Growth. The pricing page shows the numbers.
Can it use my voice?
Yes, from a recording you make with your permission. Without the voice owner's recorded permission, BM CRM cannot use a voice, by design.
Will every campaign speak?
Only the campaigns you switch it on for. Voice is off by default.
Which languages does it speak?
It follows the conversation's language, like the text replies, including Arabic and English.
Which channels carry voice notes?
WhatsApp and Telegram. On other channels the AI keeps writing, and a written reply is always available anyway.
Do voice replies follow the same rules as text?
Exactly the same: answers from your prices only, no invented facts, and a person can take over at any moment.
Let your best voice answer at midnight.
Natural voice notes from your prices, in the customer's language, on the campaigns you choose.
