Each salesperson sees their own customers. You see everything.
Add your team as owner, admin, manager, marketer, salesperson or viewer. Managers see their own team, nobody can change the access of the person above them, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
In plain words:Every person on your team gets a role that decides what they can see and do. A salesperson opens only their own customers; a manager opens the whole team's; the owner opens everything.
A salesperson sees their customers, a manager sees the team
The same inbox, shown by role: a salesperson opens their own work and a manager opens everyone's, without a second tool or a conversation about trust.
Set up your team the way your company is
Six roles, real teams, and permissions that only ever flow downward.
- 01Pick the role for each person.Owner, admin, manager, marketer, salesperson, viewer, each with what that job needs to see and do, not a grid of checkboxes somebody has to design.
- 02Group people under their managers.Teams hold salespeople under the manager who runs them; adding someone from the team card puts the right team on them automatically.
- 03Everyone sees their own view.Salespeople work their customers and chats, managers see their team, owners see everything, on the same screens rather than different apps.
Built in and always on, on every action
These hold on every action, whatever anyone configures.

What changes as the team grows
A salesperson's screen that is actually theirs
Salespeople open their own customers and conversations, which makes BM CRM usable on a busy day instead of a wall of everyone's work. Managers get their team, owners get everything: the same product, shown by role, rather than three different logins with three different habits. Nothing changes about what each person can do, only what they see.
Teams that mirror the sales floor
Group people under the manager who runs them and the reporting follows: activity, appointments and sales per teammate, visible to the manager, fair to the salesperson because every figure opens into the customers behind it.
You always know who can see what
Permissions flow one way, you can only give what you hold, and sensitive changes are recorded. When someone asks who could see a customer's details, the answer is a structure rather than a story. Nobody has to remember a rule; the product applies it every time, on the web and in the app.
Questions people ask before they buy
What do I need to set this up?
Your teammates' email addresses and a role for each. Teams and managers can be added at any time.
Who sets it up?
The owner or an admin, from Settings: create teams, invite people with a role, and change roles as the team grows. Our team does it for you on the Lead Generation + CRM plan.
Which plan includes it?
Every plan. The number of teammates grows with the plan; viewers are free seats. The pricing page shows the numbers.
Can an admin change the owner?
No. You can manage only the people below your own role, and the system enforces it even if someone tries to get around the screens.
What can a viewer do?
Look. Viewers are free seats for people who need to see reports and records without changing or sending anything.
Can managers see each other's teams?
A manager sees their own team. Seeing across teams belongs to admins and the owner.
What does a marketer do?
A marketer runs campaigns, offers and groups without owning individual customers' sales conversations.
What happens to a leaver's customers?
Their customers and chats stay with the business. Reassign them to another teammate, and the history comes with them.
Give every salesperson their own clean list.
The right access for each role, on the web and in the app, with every change recorded.
