Data Deletion Instructions

BM CRM is operated by BM DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES VIA SOCIAL MEDIA CO. L.L.C (“BM Digital Marketing”). We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how deletion works and how to request it — including for data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

If you removed BM CRM from your Facebook or Instagram account

Removing the app sends us a deletion request automatically. We reply to Meta with a confirmation code and a link back to this page carrying that code — open the link at any time to see the live status of your request above. You don’t need to do anything else.

If you are a BM CRM Customer (account holder)

  • You can delete individual leads, contacts, and conversations from within the app at any time. Deletion is deliberate — you type DELETE to confirm — and deleted records sit in a recycle bin for 7 days (so a mistake can be undone) before being permanently removed from active systems.
  • To delete your entire account and workspace, contact us using the details below. We will remove your data, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, or accounting purposes — and you can export your business records first.
  • This includes accounts created in the BM CRM mobile app (Android or iOS): send the request below and we delete your sign-in account and its personal data within 30 days. You are signed out of every device as soon as the deletion is processed, and we confirm when it’s done.
  • When you disconnect a WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram integration, we stop processing new data from that source immediately.

If your data was collected by a business using BM CRM

If you are an individual (a lead or customer) whose information was collected by a business that uses BM CRM, that business controls your data. Please contact them directly to request deletion. If you’re unsure who holds your data, contact us and we will help route your request to the right business.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request via WhatsApp to +971 55 488 7801 (or through our contact page) with:

  • The phone number, email, or name associated with the data, and
  • A short note stating that you want your data deleted.

We will acknowledge your request, complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm once done.

What gets deleted

Upon a valid request, we remove the relevant personal data — contact details, messages, media, and associated records — from active systems. Encrypted backups are kept on a rotating schedule for disaster recovery and are purged as they rotate; deleted data is not restored from backups except where a full-system recovery makes it unavoidable, in which case the deletion is re-applied.
