BM CRM comes out of BM Digital Marketing, a Dubai agency running Meta ads for real businesses. The leads arrived on WhatsApp at all hours; spreadsheets and shared phones dropped them. So we built the system we needed — an AI-first CRM where the conversation is the pipeline — and ran our own clients on it before offering it to anyone else.
