Learn WhatsApp marketing, in plain language
Evergreen guides to WhatsApp marketing and AI sales, written from running this for real businesses, not from press releases.
Answers you can act on before you buy anything
Each guide answers one question the way a colleague would: the short answer first, then how the thing actually works, then what good looks like. Nothing is gated, there is no download, and none of it assumes you have already decided.
What do you need to understand?
Five guides, each one a question businesses ask before they commit. Read one — they do not depend on each other, and none of them needs the others to make sense.
Start with the question that is blocking you
Most people arrive holding one of these five questions. Read that guide, act on it, and come back for the others when they start to matter.
| If you are wondering | Read this |
|---|---|
| Which WhatsApp am I even supposed to use? | The WhatsApp Business Platform, explained |
| How do ads that open a chat actually work? | Click-to-WhatsApp ads |
| Why does a message need approval before I send it? | WhatsApp message templates |
| How do I keep my number welcome? | Opt-in, STOP and sender reputation |
| Can software really judge whether a lead is serious? | AI lead qualification |
| I just want to see it working on my own business | Book a demo instead — these guides will still be here |
Written to be useful, not to sell you
A guide that only makes sense if you buy something is an advert wearing a guide’s clothes. These are written so they are worth the time even if you never become a customer.
About the guides themselves
Do I have to give my email to read these?
No. Nothing here is gated, there is no download, and no form stands between you and the text. If a guide is worth reading it is worth reading before you talk to anybody.
Are these really about BM CRM?
Mostly not. They are about WhatsApp, chat ads, templates and qualification — the things worth understanding whichever software you end up using. One block per guide says where we fit, and that is the whole of it.
How current are they?
Each one carries the month it was last checked against the platform. Platform behaviour changes, so a guide you can place in time is worth more than a polished one with no date on it at all.
Which should I read first?
Whichever question is blocking you — the table above exists for exactly that. If nothing in particular is, start with the platform guide: the other four assume it.
Is there anything longer or more specific?
These are the long form. If you would rather have it applied to your own business than explained in general, book a demo and we will walk through your own setup with you.
Stop losing customers while you sleep.
Switch on BM CRM and turn every enquiry, from every channel you run, into a booked appointment, starting today.
