## Each salesperson sees their own customers. You see everything.

Add your team as owner, admin, manager, marketer, salesperson or viewer. Managers see their own team, nobody can change the access of the person above them, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.

### What do I need to set this up?

Your teammates' email addresses and a role for each. Teams and managers can be added at any time.

### Who sets it up?

The owner or an admin, from Settings: create teams, invite people with a role, and change roles as the team grows. Our team does it for you on the Lead Generation + CRM plan.

### Which plan includes it?

Every plan. The number of teammates grows with the plan; viewers are free seats. The pricing page shows the numbers.

### Can an admin change the owner?

No. You can manage only the people below your own role, and the system enforces it even if someone tries to get around the screens.

### What can a viewer do?

Look. Viewers are free seats for people who need to see reports and records without changing or sending anything.

### Can managers see each other's teams?

A manager sees their own team. Seeing across teams belongs to admins and the owner.

### What does a marketer do?

A marketer runs campaigns, offers and groups without owning individual customers' sales conversations.

### What happens to a leaver's customers?

Their customers and chats stay with the business. Reassign them to another teammate, and the history comes with them.
